Autumn is here and with it comes Apple Day. Join us on Saturday, October 17th for a day of Fall fun. Enjoy fresh apple cider pressing all day and live music by Erik Christiansen starting from 11:00 - 1:00. Flower House Cafe will be serving hot apple cider and various special apple treats!

This year, we are thrilled to welcome Octavio from Feil Pioneer Orchards in Wenatchee, who will host our popular heirloom apple tasting table. As the longtime curator of our Apple Day selections, Octavio brings an incredible wealth of expertise. He has managed the Feil Orchards farm stand for 29 years and possesses a vast knowledge of the rare and specialty apple varieties we are featuring this year.

Bayview Garden has been in the business of loving and nurturing plants for over 30 years and has been on the forefront of plant education and conservation for just as long. As a multi generational pursuit, the roots run deep and the care for the connection between plants and people even deeper. This care has humbly cultivated community and places this connection at the center of all Bayview Garden has created.

From fulfilling garden dreams, to teaching community classes, to cultivating deep horticultural knowledge far and wide, the Bayview Garden family is devoted to keeping the integrity of the natural world top of mind and especially the Whidbey Island ecosystem forever in our hearts and on the land.

One of our favorite seasons!

This time of year, it feels so good to slow down, enjoy a warm drink or bowl of soup with friends, admire the explosion of bright red, orange and yellow leaves on the trees, the crisp chill in the air and pumpkins decorating every doorway. In the Pacific Northwest, we’re lucky that our mild temperatures create a perfect atmosphere for getting out in our gardens to work the soil and grow something beautiful.
